IKEA - Fire evacuation training

Creating training videos is a challenge for numerous reasons. The biggest issue that IKEA identified with their current training videos, was the lack of engagement from their co-workers?

For this project, we wanted to convey the seriousness of fire evacuation safety while also keeping the audience engaged throughout. To achieve this, we used Hollywood cinema style techniques to create a cinematic piece of work reminiscent of a Hollywood action sequence. We positioned the audience as the protagonist who at the end of the video saves the day thanks to them remembering their training.

As a Manchester film production company, we were delighted to receive an opportunity to create training content for all IKEA employees across the UK and to do it based out of the Northwest.
